Guys,
Is $100 a reasonable price for DSM injectors?

What about $50 for a resistor box?

I thought you could get both the injectors and the resistor box for like 50$ from a junkyard, so no I don't think that is a good deal. Especially 50$ for the resistor box, that is a ripoff.

What list of donor cars have 440cc+ injectors?

instead of 50 for a box, you can spend f dollars for 10watt 10 oms resistors.

too much imo. I'd pay 70 at most, if they're in good condition. if they're used even the slightest but, I'd have them cleaned.

also, get an AFC unit and you can run the hack which is much much better than a resistor band-aid set-up.

hey perc....I'm going to be running Hondata...that's why I'm getting the resistor box

I've fought the "hack battle" in my head and on the board forever...and just decided that with the money I'd spend on them would equal my s200 hondata (about 750)...

ah, I think I was thinking you said check valves or something. I had to take some medication earlier today, so I was a little mentally off heh.

but yeah, very good decision with the DSMs, resistor pack, and Hondata! You'll LOVE standalone engine management

I can't wait. the project is finally going to come to an end....a long winter of waiting for the right price for parts/kits/etc. The only part I'm going to hate is the drive to Lee Summit to get the car tuned/dyno'ed.

like i said....i'll be glad when its done. the injectors are a thorn in my side...because of trying to get something without paying new injector price for em'. 70 bucks huh....i'll see if they'll take it...
