5 PSI on H22

Just wondering how 5psi feels for you h22's out there. It feels alright, but i thought it would be more. It's at 5psi because i just wanted to see how it feels first since i'm breaking in the motor. After that i'll boost 10psi daily in my built prelude vtec. Also, how should 9-10psi feel?

5psi boosts at 3000rpm

My friend and I ran 7 PSI daily and 13 PSI when we race. So far we have no problem at all. You gotta remember that I hit redline everyday.

Thumbs up BoosT'

As far as upping boost, after my install I was running 5psi' ah pretty cool, nothing to set ya back much. I wanted to appreciate the turbo and start low. Raced few times and did my exhaust, got slicks and raised it to 8/9psi range, WOW!!! A couple pounds on up in boost is BIG !!! Going from 5psi to 8/9psi YOU WILL NOTICE , NIGHT/DAY DIFFERENCE!!! I was like WOW!!! Whole different car'

Enjoy' HapPy BoosTing~

that's good to hear, in addition to raising psi, opening your exhaust flow and having slicks would definitely contribute greatly to that extra power you feel now tho.

Thumbs up Power!!!!

I used to run on Nitto drags ( N/A) from 13.4's 105mph range to 12.8's 110mph!!! MT's were HUGE for consistant 60' and traction through 1st,2nd gear. I had a resonator that was removed to and raised boost'
