6 to 8lbs on a D16Y7
what kinda power am I looking at with stock internals on a Y7 and around 8lbs of boost and if intercooled can I go to around 10lbs with the proper tuning

lbs of boost is relative. What kind of turbo will you be using? A T25 at 10lbs will be nothing compared to a T3/T4 at 10lbs. You have to tell us what kind of turbo you will be using.

well it will more than likely be a T3/T4,but I can get a whole Y7 on ebay for like $300 before shipping so I am thinking of getting a whole engine an doing a engine rebuild/build up so it can handle around 15psi
and to go ahead and answer the question before it is asked...I'm staying with the Y7 because it's cheap to build and is rarely hooked up,it is going to stay non-vtec and I hope to see like 225 to 245hp,is this a ok route to go?

That should net you your goals. But you will need to build it like extremefusion said
