do you know their address? if you live near them, confront them. If you don't, then send them a letter of your request. DId you pay by check, cash or credit card? If you paid by check, you should get it back if they cashed it. If you pay by credit card, you will see it on your bill. If they did cash it or bill your credit card, then you will know and if you did not receive the product, they can be faced with a lot of trouble. If you paid by cash, hope you get a receipt for some proof. Send them a letter threatening legal action, businesses hate legal action threats and if they don't respond, get a lawyer.

i hope it works out, it does suck paying for something you did not receive, it feels like robbery.

Feels like robbery, damn man, thats BS, the shop should burn, I am going throught the same stuff, I am going to go the court route, mean while "cya", and first educate yourself on the court system in the area and then see if a lawyer is needed or not and take them to court...

I ordered my Drag 3 from Schneider Motorsports on April 12th. I still haven't received it yet and I have been unable to get ahold of them for the past 3 weeks. I am quite dissappointed right now, but don't know which course of action to take. If anyone lives by their shop please stop by and see if they are open or why they don't pick up there phone? I'm on the verge of calling the better business bureau about these guys.

Hold On Guys

Hold on guys I orderd my kit from him around the same time you did. It took about three weeks. Jason is a good guy he wouldn't do what you think he is doing to you. The drag kits have been on back order for about 7 months. They can't seem to make them fast enough.

What kind of car did you order it for? He told me I was really lucky.
I went and saw him yesterday. He is waiting for the check to come from his distributor then he is going to send out the checks.
Be Patient. He is not going to screw any of you. This stuff takes time.
