anyone with a turbo gsr?

Anyone here have an integra gsr with turbo? If so what is your set up, how much hp/tq are u makin, and how much has your gas mileage gone up/down since installing your turbo? The reason im asking is because im planning on selling my car and getting a gsr and installing a turbo or buying an eclipse gst or gsx. and with gas prices rising that is another issue to take in when deciding between the two cars. the gsr makes 25/31 and the gst and gsx is around 22/29. Im just tryin to make power while gettin some good gas mileage. But i love my integra se right now, its jsut sexy lol atleast i think its better lookin then a eclipse and i wanted to get the jdm front also but i dont know just depends on the factors...thanks for any help tho

I also have a turbo GSR. My gas mileage has gone down a little, but like he said, it depends on how much you are boosting.

I'll sell you my turbo GSR if you want it.

Is it worth the hassle of buying an integra and then buying the turbo kit then having it installed and tuned and all that or better off just buying an eclipse and upgrading the turbo and whatsoever else to do to it cause the way it looks also is that eclipse's seem pretty cheap compared to gsr...i mean i dont smash pedal down hard all the time only when i race or something but i dont know its just a view at a financial stand point also like what would be the better route to go...

i don't have a GSR but my turbo'd B16 beat my buddies 97' Eclipse with a turbo upgrade, and ported everything. not knocking DSM's but they have a lot of problems, it all depends on what you want, if you want to take the easy route, go with the DSM. If you want to do something yourself and make some nice numbers if done correctly go with the GSR. If i could do it all over again i'd sell my B16 and get a GSR

well im planning to sell my integra SE hopefully ill get around $5000 for that and plan on gettin a seperate loan to payoff for whatever car i plan to buy. So if i bought a gsr with $5000 what can i do and what kinda numbers can i expect? I hear everyone says the best route with turbos is to go custom but im not familiar with every single part actually needed for a complete turbo setup and wonder if any of u know any parts i can get with that $5000 to get a good fast setup.

with an eclipse it would prolly cost me around 4000 to get everything i want to upgrade it like a bigger turbo, fuel injectors boost controller, turbo timer, intercooler and whatsoever else.

i mean are both cars lookin at the same possibilities of problems with turbo on? cause i dont want my car to shit out on me if i add a turbo to it or anything.

my friend has a gst and hearing that blowoff valve just gave me a rush to get a turbo lol

Have you ever driven a GSR? I recommend that you do (before you sell) and i bet you that you will not be able to tell the difference in speed between your Integra SE. I think youll save time and money by turboing your LS/SE and be within .5-.7 sec. of an equally turboed GSR.

u could just turbo the LS and get a GSR or B16 Tranny, the shorter gears will help you a lot
