Anyone with Turbo in Virginia?

What kind of car do you have and what turbo? Do you pass inspection or do you have to go somewhere special that will pass you?

I have a 1988 Volvo 740.....if you have an aftermarket turbo setup you're going to have too find a way to get smogged...it's not that hard, really. If you are "in the scene" at all you'll be able to find someone that works somewhere or something to that effect. My neighbor got his 10 second mustang smogged with no probs, but he was a mechanic and knew basically every hardcore street racer and performance shop north of richmond. So he had hook-ups.
