Unhappy audi a4

ok sorry guys i know this is a honda forum but the ass holes in the audi forum wont help me out ok i put a bov on my audi a4 99 1.8 t and ive done every thing right (im pretty positive) and made every adjustments possible but instead of blowing off like all the others it just sputters out anyone know whats going on thanks

what kind of a blow off valve?
is it adjustable?
is it vented back into the intake?
