a BOV releases air pressure from your charge pipe while the throttle plate is closed to prevent compressor surge. i'd assume you mean when ppl talk about upgrading their injectors for turbo applications.. that just means installing bigger fuel injectors to feed more fuel into your motor along with all that compressed air.
my suggestion is read some articles and stickys around here. you can learn a lot on this site.
This is what I use, an HKS super sequential blow off valve. Basically just a valve to release air pressure. It mounts on a flange typically to a intercooler pipe.

thanks guys i know the hks blow offs are very loud thats the ones i want when i get my turbo whjat about injectors do they sell hks injectors
A loud BOV isn't what most people want unless your the kinda guy who likes to attract alot of attention Which it seems like u wanna do. Don't forget funtion over fashion. Theives like loud BOV's too, it's lets them know u have turbo. Hks i believe makes injectors but most use RC injectors.
I suggest u read about everything that goes into a turbo kit, and how it works, then if u still have question after reading go ahead and ask another question
