Bolt on Turbo Kit questions

is the drag generation III kit just as safe to bolt on just as safe as the greddy kit? i know the greddy kit comes with some sort of fuel management system that will give a reliable and driveable power increase with just a stock engine.........has anyone bolted on a drag kit with stock internals........and if you did did you have any problems............i heard if you just tune your car afterward you wouldn't have any problems........let me know.........thanx

the install of the greddy kit and drag kit should be relatively the same depending where you put your fuel pump. Maybe it's just me, but the fuel pump install took a long time since it's near the rear left wheel. Many turbo kits are bolted onto cars with stock internals. Tuning will help the car make more power as well as tuning your fuel so you get the right amount of fuel throughout the rpm. This would be your car run with less problems but other non-fuel related problems can occur.

Why Drag? CHeck out RevHard or F-MAX kits, much more professionally done. Installation for the F-MAX kit took 6 hours, plus 2 hours for the head gasket. It was very smooth, no modification whatsoever. As far as reliability goes. All the kits are very reliable given that you drive with a cool head and take care of your car. Most likely, your engine will out last your turbo.
