iwantboost68 is on a distinguished road
Exclamation boosted d16 non-vtec

i have a boosted 93 civic 4dr and when i get on it the car takes forever to come up to speed.........anyone have any ideas what would make it do that?

How about some specs on the car. If you are running a T25 you have some shit to worry about, a T3/T4 variant...maybe not.

How is the tune etc...lots of shit can make a car slow.

Check all your couplings etc for boost leaks, you might be dumping air outside instead of into your intake and it feels like the cars not "coming up to speed". Also invest in a boost guage, it will tell you if the car is making boost or not. But id probably save your money to rebuild your engine when you blow it next week.
