BOV plavement for a custom turbo

I got all the piping and what not for my turbo. I was curious what the best place to mount a bov on the charge piping was. Will any welder put this flange on for me. Is there anything in particular I need to know about this.

you want your blowoff valve as close to the throttle body as conveniently possible, you always want the air charge moving in the same direction. That would help in getting the boost back up quick when you are shifting gears quickly.
