BOV sound

i have a Greddy type s BOV on my GReddy turbo kit on my 94 civic and i want to know which way do i adjust my BOV to make the "flutter" sound whenever it blows off??? or will i have to buy a new one

miikail is an unknown quantity at this point
fluttering can be a bad thing. to tight (which gives you fluttering) and this can cause the pressure to slam back into the compressor side of the turbo. bad results can be you breaking the shaft in the turbo.
