built 97 prelude.. what kit should i get?

ok the deal is i want a turbo.. i have a fully built engine runnin stock compression. sleeved ect... what kit should i got with b/c i wanna make it simple and simpler.. i have to move to florida from here in new jersey and i want a reliable but peppy car.. what do u think? greddy, drag, f-max? what i.c do u reccommend also?

I would go custom which would allow me to pick my own parts...kits come with pretty bacis stuff in them...like the blow off valve and wastegate(nothing special) no standalone fuel management(hondata or aem would be nice)....if you would want to creep the boost up a little sometimes you would have problems.....but if you want to just stay in low boost I would get f-max....
Shit if I'd have a built block I woudn't want nothing but the best parts in my turbo kit too.....

the thing is i'v ebeen through so much agravation that i just don't want to bother with piecing something.. i would like to just make it simple and not have something redicules and upgrade later.. i have to move to florida and back for a semester and i';m from n.j i need something reliable. i'm looking for like 300whp then later i will go all out.

precision sc61
tial 35mm wastegate
hks ssqv bov
pwr intercooler
aem ems
550cc injector
walbro 255lph fuel pump
get some 2.5in piping from jcwhitney for a downpipe
get some 2 1/4in piping from jcwhitney for i/c piping

also get..
wideband o2 sensor and display
oil pressure gauge
boost gauge

Take it to a shop and have them install it for your.

well if u wanty something reliable for a daily driver and relatively simple to install just get the f-max kit. but if u intend to go all out in the future, piece together a kit and keep it tuned conservatively

yea. i think i am going to piece one together gradually, and install when i get back from florida.. but most likely my impatience will set in and i will do it really soon

I'm not sure what year your car is but here are my two cents. Go with drag or revhard. The kits come with everything for effective turbo set up If you have the cash add a good tuner, boost controller and a stand alone engine manangement and you will be more than happy.

well the stats are that 1 and 2 cylinder arn't seated and i have 3000 miles so looks like it's comin apart.. i have the cash for the turbo set-up, i just need an engine that doesn't eat oil..
