car stalled due to running to rich.. help?

well i was driving down the road and my car just shut off my friend said it was due to to much fuel we had to push start it.. and well... it worked but i need to lower it more.. i have a vafc.. but i don't know what to put it at.. and i also have a fmu which is causing it to run like it is.. can someone please help?
p.s. its a greddy kit.. running stock boost and stock injectors

How about just running more boost to use up the fuel instead?

If you're absolutely certain that it is too rich, just lower the settings in the AFC until the engine seems to run smoother with less smoke. Then get it dynoed properly. If you're not certain, then leaning it out could destroy your engine. :eek: So be certain. Be very certain.

The VAFC should also be only working on high throttle and/or high RPM. At other settings, your stock computer should be on closed loop, effectively ignoring the VAFC settings.

If it's stalling in low throttle, then you need to turn the fuel pressure regulator down.

the afc does the same thing that the fmu does, so they are prolly conflicting. if u ran 450cc injectors from a dsm, u could use the stock fuel pump and use the afc to tune it all out.
