Car wont start! Help!!

Ok, quick run down of the setup:
D16z6 w/ Stock Pistons and Rods
ARP Head Studs
MLS 76mm Head Gasket
T25 DSM Turbo
HKS BOV
Intercooler
Extreme Motorsports Manual Boost Controller
Hondata Intake Manifold Gasket
Iridium Plugs
450cc DSM Injectors / Resistor Pack
V-AFC Hack
Fidanza Timing Gear
Dual Exhaust with 2.5" exhaust throughout

Had the motor assembled and ran it with a 79mm head gasket, started blowing coolant in to the combustion chambers and stalling out the motor. Put in the correct head gasket and placed the headstuds in, torqued all down to specs, hooked everything back up. Had trouble running at first and then stalled. Motor now will not fire up. Spark and Fuel test to be ok. Do have exhaust coming out of the valve cover however. What do you guys think is wrong?

My possible thoughts... crank over 180... or bad piston rings allowing exhaust to leak through head.

Any ideas? Help?!!!

If you have exhause coming out the valve cover you probably messed up the piston rings....... or maybe your valves.....just do the compression test...... the tool for it costs $30... but that still wont tell you if it's valves or rings.....but at least you'll know it's one of those two
