i have a CRX Si, wanting a 92-95 civic ex kit. just minor mods to the charge pipes and the kit will fit. but i've seen so many high prices around the magazines and all. just wondering if anyone has it and where'd they get it..the cheapest i've found was ,$1,599.00...
nah the kits dont come with a BOV...im thinking of getting it from the same place also..i actually came accross them on the group buy center...this is the best price i found for them so far..i dont think it can get much better than this..
Here are the prices I get:
Greddy Turbo - $1486
Greddy small Intercooler - $599
Greddy Type S BOV - $189
BOV flange - $31
Welding the BOV flange to the charge pipe - $20 If you don't get the flange welded then you will have to find someone locally to do it for you and they will definitely charge you more than $20. I have heard as much as $80 which is way too much. The charge pipe has to be cut and the flange cut and mated to it. This is where you mount your BOV.
Greddy 52mm electronic boost gauge $130
Greddy Turbo Timer $79
Gauge Pod - 2 gauge $15. Personally, I would rather get the Autometer Cluster bezel that is around $70. It fits in the dash.
TurboXS Manual Boost Controller - $79 The boost controller really helps the turbo to spool faster and smoother. If you have the money and want to get an electronic boost controller, there are a lot to choose from.

really all i want is:
-The Greddy kit
-BOV
-Intercooler
-2 gauges (A/F and Boost)
-Timer
don't really know about getting a boost controller or not cuz i'm not even going to bother boosting. I'm just wanting a turbo for enthusiast...just for fun and a little more power to my car...
1 more Q..how long did it take u to install the whole kit...i'm thinking about doing it myself in my garage...

Do i need a steel flange mount for the BOV???
Also,,where did you find these prices? Are YOU actually selling these products? I got kinda lost here...
Thanks
You will need a steel flange. Most people think that the piping is aluminum and that you need an aluminum flange but they are WRONG. The charge piping is steel with aluminum colored paint.
I have a deal worked out with the manager of a performance shop in Arlington, Tx. He agreed to give me good prices on referrals and give me some dyno time in exchange for me giving him some business. Email me and I will give you the particulars. steve@turbocivic.net
