Clutch question

I have Q about my clutch situation. How heavy of a clutch do u all recomend running on my B16 with say 300-350 hp. Give me some brands. I ran a clutchmaster oem replacement clutch on my last car. 94 ex R.I.P. I liked it but i know it won't hold much more power than what i was puttin down

its hard to say. you have to compare prices and see what stage each company offers, and decide which is the best clutch for your application (depending on your mods and hp goals).
of course people are gonna be a lil biased....for example i have and act clutch and never had any problems with it so of course i'm gonna say act is great.
but at the same time the people that have clutch masters and never had any problems they're gonna say clutch masters is the way to go.

I hear ya

I remember talking to Tuan a long time, BTW where is he? and he told me that clutchmaster was better for a daily driver. I know what you mean, they are pretty much both good.

i belive Tuan left a while ago.
whichever brand you decide to go, dont get something too radical like an unsprung 3 or 4 puch clutch, especially if you drive the car everyday.

HEHEHE I know I been gone a while now!

Hopefully before the summer I get a truck and the car would mostly stay in my garage. My goal is to have a capable of 450whp setup while keeping a fairly stock look and also of course keeping the money low too(the hardest). I been looking into clutchmaster stage 3 , it should hold up to 450whp and that's very good.
