ClutchNet Kevlar friction disk?

anyone has experience with this friction disk?

on their homepage they say you need a heavy duty pressure plate for this disk. is that true? does it mean it doesn't grab well with the stock pressure plate?

I want to keep my old pressure plate but don't know how many HP it would hold in combination with this kevlar disc.

If you are upgrading the disc, you want to also upgrade the pressure plate to hold more torque.
