Hey,
Since the idiots at Advance auto parts don't know what I'm talking about when I asked for 2 degrees colder spark plugs..
Can anyone tell me the part number for the coldest plugs u can get for a 95 GSR??
Can I get them at Advance auto parts, or do I have to special order them??
Not even sparkplugs.com have the colder plugs?????
Why do you need 2 steps colder?
I have made over 400whp safely on 1 step colder plugs.
BRK7-ES11's I think is the number.
look ar the stickies. Either in here or the nitrous forums

yeah I use bkr7e... one step colder... and I believe the only difference between the ones i use and the ones that ITR206 recommended is that one or the other is pre-gapped.... anyways... just go with a step colder.... later mike
you are going to have to find a place that will let you order plugs by the part number. A lot of the shops like advanced, autozone, etc. can only look up stock plugs for the car. They can't deal with plug part numbers.
Go to Advanced auto, they have them there. I get them for like $1.38 a piece all the time.
I just got 2 dozen there a few days ago.
Really?
Well the IDIOTS at advance auo parts, looked at me like I was crazy when I told them I needed one step colder plug for my GSR... He had no idea what I was talking about... I treid to explain it to him, but to no avail...
The idiot dude was like "ummm, i have these in stock, and pointed to some platinum plugs or something"...
I read somewhere that someone was using plugs with the SAME part number as that used on SAAB Viggens, which are Turbocharged and come with pre gapped at .032. Just figured it would be easier if I told them a SAAB, that way they couldn't sell me the wrong plug...
Am I asking the dude for a specific plug number, or to look up my application??
cause he's an idiot...

It all depends on who is working the terminal... My local advanced auto looked at me the same way...
just give them the part number 6097.
If they ask questions just tell them get me 4 mutherfucking 6097's before I jump over the counter and beat you with a ***** insert whatever from there.

Since no one looked at the stickies I mentioned.
This is copied from the sticky
Since im soo sick of seeing the same posts on spark plugs i figured id make a sticky as to a decent place to get them if all else fails and some part numbers.
I usually get 7's from Adanced Auto for $1.39 a piece. But thye wont get me colder. So here it is.
I've read the bs stickies, and It's not that I don't understand what the numbers and letters mean, it don;t tell u where to get them...
Advance auto parts DID NOT have them in stock, I had a hard time getting the guy to find them, but he finally ordered them 4 me and they should be in today.
Other stores don;t have them LISTED FOR GSR application, so they can't help u. Plus half of u guys say one thing the other says something else...
I got part NGK part #'s 6097.
