compression results?

ok i just recently tested my compression on my car and the first wall was 210 second was 220 third was 210 and thefourth was 230.........im kinda mad but then again i dont even know how bad this might be....any suggestions..........its a b16a by the way and i was planning to turbo...but after this test....

wait really?? but how i thought they have tobe closer numbers....especially for turbo i really dont want to blow this motor out

as long as the numbers are +/- 20psi of each other, you're fine
