im sure its been done and yes its quite rare. its usually done because:
-people are stupid
-people have too much $
-its done for spite or a show car
or some dumb mixture of all. 2 turbos on any 4 cylinder is useless and a waste. save yourself the embarassment and the $ and just get one. its all you would ever need anyways.
