Exclamation D16Z6 turbo project complete..have a few q's

ok, just finished turboing JoeCivic's car..using a 95 GST turbo and stuff. It boost to about 10 lbs.....and stops...I'm hoping the mighty lil z6 can handle this..i'm a lil worried about the headgasket now as there is some antifreeze that was blown out of the overflow bottle.

We're using the hack, and we have a fuel setting of -33 all across the board, do you think this is sufficient? the A/F guage says rich the whole time under boost, but we all know how reliable they are.

This car pulls like no other...it has way more balls than my d series turbo did..but then again he has a smaller better matched turbo

Let me know your input on the fuel and head gasket situation please, thank you..

What do you mean it boost up to 10 psi and then stops.....
Do you mean the boost goes down, the car dies, or what?

Also, you increased the power output of your engine by over 50%. the more power your engine makes the more heat it creates. Have you upgraded your cooling system? Also, afc hack is good for up to 10psi as long as its tuned, but anything over that is kinda hard to tune. But can your engine handle 10 psi? whats the compression, mileage, condition?

Just things to keep in mind.

sorry, I meant the boost stops..I dont' want it to be that high, I need some way to lower it.

Also, the compression is perfectly equal all the way across, it has about 115k miles, and is in excellent condition....w/ the exception of the now blown headgasket.

If I can figure some way to lower the boost I can get rid of the stupid ECU map sensor code too, and have more room to play w/ fuel enrichment.
