if i was to buy a edlebrock turbo kit for a Y8 would I only need to alter the intake pipe to fit my Y7?

and could I just use my AEM CAI piping for it to fit?

No, because it already comes with the Edelbrock Performer X intake manifold, so everything bolts up.

You would, however, have to make a hole where the EX's have (near the passenger fender) to route the piping there.
