EGT gauge...where to mount sensor?

im looking to purchase one soon, and was wondering

1: where you would mount the sensor probe? i'll be runnign the greddy turbo, so would the sensor probe be mounted on the downpipe closest to the exhaust side? or on ehxaust manifold?

2: where to get best price on one?

ps: i would of searched for this..but its disabled!

You could mount it on your down pipe or for a more accurate reading put it on you exhaust maifold. Just my .2 cents

h23zero is an unknown quantity at this point
for the best readings you want to mount it on the #3 exhaust port on the manifold. Otherwise about 3 to 4 inches from the exhaust side of the turbo on the down pipe. For the cheapest prices on the gauge try summitracing.com or Ebay.
