Mods: Boosted ls/vtec, hondata, quaife, you get the idea.
I am running hondata with boost, and am stuck as to which dual stage controller to run. I was thinking about the turbo xs dual stage and having the hi/lo boost button on my steering wheel, I really want something that can work with hondata and use the speed of the vehicle to know when to shift boost lvls. Can the greddy unit run stand alone like that, or am i stuck to the button on the wheel method?
Thanks

i have the Apex'I AVCR, haven't got to use it yet due to the fact i recieved *** wrong spring for my wastegate so i'm running off the wastegate for now. But i have heard nothing but good things about this unit. I heard the Profec II is a little bit of a pain in the ass to fine tune.

yea, i still dont have mine fine tuned. after it hits full boost it bounces between 8 and 10 and i just want it to sit at 9. but ive heard the AVCR is impossible unless you have all the time in the world to mess w/ it.
Profec Spec 2 is a very good controller once all the funtions and setup is learned. until then its a big PITA.
the Apexi is an awesome one too becuase it has alot of built in functions, but again a pain until everything is learned.
Innovative has a nice one too
