41 Primary Oxygen Sensor - Heater
circuit malfunction
Defective Circuit, Unplugged or Defective Heater

it is a purple wire c16
Most times a code is set off by a faulty sensor, but not always

the lambda sensor is the o2 sensor
The sensor is mounted in the exhaust manifold downpipe(s) before the catalytic converter or between the exhaust manifold(s) and the catalytic converter(s).

read up on it and take it to a shop

OBD-II cars (1996+) have two O2 sensors to measure the amount of oxygen in the exhaust gas. First sensor is measuring it right after gases escape engine and this data is used to adjust fuel trim of the engine, as well as catch some faulty conditions. The second sensor is located after the catalic converter, and is used to detect the health of catalic converter.

code 41 is the first one
