are you getting this kit or making a kit? If your getting this kit you really don't need much.

You get these in the FMAX kit;

t3/t4 turbo
manifold
Tial wastegate (.65)
IC piping
two lucas injectors
addtional fuel controller
front mount intercooler
HKS BOV
oil lines
vaccum line and 5 way tee
air filter and hose
BTM or HEAD GASKET
bolts for turbo down pipe and BOV
coupling for IC
taps for the oil pan
1 check valve with bracket
30psi map sensor

Thing you gotta get;

power steering fuild
zip ties
extra wires
copper gasket maker
9/16 drill bit

This is for the preludes. I don't know if the all their kits are the same. hope this helps.

Pardon my ignorance, but what is the copper gasket maker?

What exactly does it do? Could you describe it better? Do you need that to install a F-MAX kit on a Civic?

All it is used for is make a thin silcone film gasket between two parts. Most of the parts are machine true (as flat and smooth as can be), But exhaust gases can still find the little leaks. By using the copper or grey gasket maker you fill in the imperfections. no leaks. hope this helps.
