First d series build help please

So I'm building my first Honda motor I got a extra z6 to build. I have two goals mind. I got to automotive school so I have dyno and everything to tune it. I want to make 300whp and I had to be reliable. I'm wanting to do a budget build but I don't know anything about Hondas really this is my first honda build. So can anyone tell me what the best set up would be? Would love any input I can get looking to run boost but on a budget
