Question fluttering BOV noise

i had a blitz BOV and i adjusted the spring on it soo.. mant times and it still flutters when it goes off... so i bought a greddy BOV and adjusted many times and it still flutters, can any one help me?

are your vacuum lines installed correct?
how many psi are you running?

loosten that adjuster bolt on top of the greddy all the way to start off with and see if that helps

9psi should make a really loud chirp with that greddy bov...im not sure what else you can do.
