fluttering noise????

i just got my car back from getting my turbo on, when it goes past like 5K rpm it starts to make some kind of a loud fluttering noise??? any know wut that is???? i got a 2001 gsr wit drag kit

How so? Is it when you shift gears? Is it just when you are climbing RPM, it starts to flutter? Does it bog? Can you "feel" the motor hesitate?

Sounds like one of your vacuum lines isn't on properly. Check/remove all the connections to ensure there is vacuum and that the lines are on the rgt nipples.

yea when it gets to higher rpms starting from around 4K as it climbs... i checked all my vaccum and seems to be ok

i was thinking back spin myself but that is impossible if the fluttering is occuring during RPM climb unless ofcourse the compressor or turbine is bad.

how do you adjust the hks bov???
could it be cuz its not tuned??
and when my cars idling i hear a lot of air coming out of my bov is that normal?

its weird from 1k-4k rpm it seems to run smooth but after about 4000 rpm it keeps on making that fluttering noise seems like im also loosing power im not too sure im afraid to rev it over 6k
anyone that can help me out please??

I don't think it's the blow off valve. If it is doing it while accelerating, it's the engine. Is it just a noise, or a feeling? You need to answer my original question so we can help.
