is this a good deal for my sohc turbo setup?? for $500

All vacum lines
Manual Boost Controller
A/F tinted Gauge

I wouldn't pay more then about $350 for it and up to $400 if it's in great shape.
No sharft play (minimal) and the parts are all in good working order.
Vacuum lines are cheap, and so are mbc's. Unless the air fuel ratio gauge is for a wideband it's pointless and worthless for a turbo application.

I agree you would still need to buy feed/return lines, injectors, intercooler,piping ect
