is this a good deal on turbo parts?

this kid in my town is trying to sell me a turbo. I haven't seen it yet or anything, and will not buy it until I have. I'm not going to put it on my car, rather just buy it and sell it if i'm getting a good deal. I'm not sure what all he's including, but I do know of 4 things that he's including. The price is 200 bucks for:

t25 turbo from a 2g eclipse with less than 25k miles on it

sidemount intercooler from the same car

airel ratio guage

boost guage

I'm not sure what brand the guages are ...

The reason he's selling is because he bough the turbo from a friend of mine (didn't look at it while he had, my friend sold it cuz he got something else) but he decided not to go forced induction.

So basically my question is, is 200 bucks a good deal for those 4 things? Also, what kind of things do I need to look for to see if it's all in good condition. Please explain everything with detail ... i know pretty much nothing about turbochargers haha.
thanks guys

thats a pretty decent deal, id jump on it!

spin the turbine in the turbo with your finger and make sure it spins easily and doesn't feel like its grinding at all, then try to wiggle it both from side to side and in and out to see if there is any play in the bearings. a tiny bit is ok, but watch for more than that.

how much do those parts usually go for individually if all are in good condition?

i figured that's all i'd have to look for in the turbo itself ... make sure it spins smoothly and check for play, but i wasn't sure

Anything i need to check with the intercooler?

check for cracks in the turbo too.

i'd also be alittle hesitant, cuz it seems like this stuff has changed hands alot without ever being put to use, which is a hint that theres something wrong with it.

well my friend bought it to put on his civic, but decided to get something else cuz he was getting a good deal on it. I just talked to him and he said the turbo is like new. The kid he sold it to has a previous gen Celica and he's both concerned with fitment issues and now skeptical of the forced induction route. But i'll check everything, and maybe see if I can take it for a day to get it looked at by someone more knowledgeble of turbos than me. Where would these cracks be that i'm lookind for?
