got a couple boost questions

ok i just bought a 96 integra with a b18c1 it has the complete A.E.M fuel system a greddy turbo kit and the M.S.D ignition system a F.A.S.T E.C.U ok here is my question about a month after i bought it it started knockin and it just got louder so i pulled it i was wondering if i could use the pistons agin or should i get new ones and if it is only a bearing what kind of boost can i run

now that is a run-on sentence. what was knocking? what do the pistons look like? did you spin a bearing? did you check the tune with a shop before you beat the hell out of it?
