Greddy kit on d16z6

Im replacing the clutch in my civic then planning to go turbo. The Greddy kit is lookin real nice right about now, anyone have any feedback on it? Quality, gains, difficulty of install? Is there alot of welding in this kit? and how much hp would i possibly gain to the wheels with it? thanks everyone

PS. would I have to mod anything internal? my motor has 146k miles on it and is working fine except for the clutch and the radiator might be leaking coolant. would my motor hold up to the greddy kit?

Thanks man. Yeah ive seen companies that sell it say its real easy to install and shit, im just waitin for the clutch then the turbo should come along. Most of the sohc's ive seen put out some decent power too. I just hope everything goes along smoothly.
