Greddy turbo for my 2G teg

what are the reasons that the greddy turbo kit for an ls/rs for 96-99 cannot fit for my 2G teg¿ a newer ls is a b18b, right¿ i got a b18a, from wut i remember the only differences are that the IM has better flow or something air flow related. they both have the same displacement right¿ i am sorry if it is a stupid question, but i can't even get the answer from greddy so... any help is appreciated.

i think the compression is different to bro..but im not sure...
