What metal Ring ?
I've opened the wastegate, there's a strong spring inside, it was for 12 psi, so I've added another spring....
its not the problem...

See the pic you posted for your Tial wg. The metal ring he's talking about is in that picture. That metal ring needs to be pressed in evenly into the bottom of the wastegate. Put that metal ring in the inlet side of the wastegate (Not the outlet for the exhaust port).

Tial does their springs based on color. As I remember the .45 bar spring is red or yellow. Whatever color it is the .35 bar spring is the other color. Not to mention the springs will be softer when they hold lower boost. The last thing you can do would be to get a Turbo XS boost controller or make one like it. The C-speedracing.com site has a how to for cheap manual boost controllers.

oh yeah... and make sure you only have one spring inside the wastegate. Don't be adding any more springs. You opened it up, pulled the spring that was in it, and replaced it with the spring you wanted right?

I think you just identified your problem.

You should only have one spring inside your wastegate.

If you opened it up to replace the spring. Then you should remove the spring and replace it. Don't cram 2 springs in there. Let us know when you fix that.

What are you unhappy about with the wastegate? Do you feel you are boosting too much?

Do you have an intercooler and what kind of intake are you getting. I have a super 60 turbo i'm fixing to put on my car to replace a mitus one. You might not be getting enought air to the thing but that doesnt seem like its the problem. It might be the driver lol. good luck.
