help starting a B16A1 turbo project????

hi i got a crx vtec´90

iam thinking building a turbo on it, what parts shall i chose????
my plan is 300 HP

Camshafts?
rods ?
pistons/rings?
head gasket?
bearings?
bolt on turbo/intercooler kit? if it exist???
injectors cc?
Clutch?
ecu choose"OBD1" will that work okay?
ignition?
