Help or suggestions with questions about my build

OK i have a 94 del sol si d16z6. i just installed a t3 turbo system with 450 dsm injectors, skunk 2 stage 1 cam. i put a regular shorty filter on the intake of the turbo and some one told me that regular filters will tear out the seals on my turbo and i should use a screen instead.. should i? also i just put on a bbk 62 mm throttle body and its idleing so rough and will stick randomly at certain rpm's i lubbed up the spring on it with wd40 and it helped but will still sometimes stick. is thier something i dont kno about installing an after market TB or is mine just retarded lol? Any thoughts or questions are appreciated thanks.

Thats about the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Screens not only allow small dirt and fragments to enter the turbo, but it's been dyno proven that they create power loss. They induce turbulence right at the turbo inlet. Running the turbo opened produced more on the dyno vs. the screen, and a K&N beat the screen and running opened entirely on the dyno. This is attributed to the fact that the filter actually straightens the air and increases flow overall.

lol ok thats good to kno i think ill keep my filter on then. I have a nother question tho. i recently added 450cc dsm injectors and its running rich as crap which is good for my top end but horrible for my bottom end. i swear i can see my gas guage go down lol. i kno its safer to be rich then lean tho so i dont detonate but im torn between the hondata s200 and greddy emanage. basically im looking at the cost vs performace. can any one enlighten me or lead me to a good thread? much appreciated
