I can get an adapter plate made for you for about $100. I have the exact set-up and a lathe to make the plate.

If the catalitic converter from an HF manifold will bolt right up to a CX mani. you should have no problem. But if thats the case there should be no problem.

If the HF and CX manifolds are the same...I've heard that you lose AC with the CX mani's...do you also lose AC with the HF manifolds? And I'm also interested in hearing a reply to one of the questions above about needing to port-match the manifold to the head of an LS.

where do you see this question? it wasn't asking or commented about in this thread......

you need to do a hell of a lot more than just porting to match an hf manifold with an ls head. the bolts are all different.

The porting was mentioned in the first posting, but since I have an LS, I thought I'd ask. So if the bolt-patterns are different, it's prolly more of a pain to modify that, than to use something else, right? Then what are my options for a custom turbo setup? Will I need to have a custom manifold fabricated?

You will probably be better off getting an aftermarket turbo manifold like a Rev Hard or GReddy. It will most likely be cheaper to go and buy one than to have one fabricated by a professional. Also I have not seen any OEM manifolds for any B-series engines that have been easily modified to except a turbo, like you see with the HF manifolds for the D-series.
