i wouldnt trust that kind of stuff. maybe you could just buy one of that long and wide filters stick it in the front and buy some piping that will lead to your intake manifold.

Couldn't you just hook them in series for extra cooling, or in parallel to reduce restriction?

Would that work?

what you guys talking about? I'm asking how do people out there cut intercoolers and weld it to a smaller intercooler to make a big intercooler for the turbo. Im not asking about how to make an intake. haha.

Well, that's not what your question asked. You asked about sites that tell you about putting two intercoolers together. The most logical way would be to get two and pipe two of them together.

Want to be more clear on what you want? Why in the world would you want to cut up an intercooler and weld it to another one??!!

because i want to make a long and thin intercooler. longer intercooler means more air is cooled. more cool air means pressure dropped. which means more air is being compress forcing more air to the throttle body. POWER!!!!

There is somebody on this board who makes custom intercoolers, why don't you just get them to make one to your specs? Yeah it'll probably cost more, but you get what you pay for...it'll be more reliable since it actually came in one piece.
