i was looking over the site and i think if you get a stage2-4 you will be able to use it on your manual tranny. I would go to www.hondata.com and click on dealers and look for one near you and ask them. They would know if you can use the hondata on a MT.

I don't meen to cut into your post but i have another question on honata..
I have a 98 integra GSR. I plan on running the s200 system in the near future. Is it true I have to switch to an OBD1 ecu??? If so, how do i go about doing this? Where can i find one or buy one?
Thanks,
Ken
its true i had to do it in my R . you have to get the ecu , i got a p28 and have it chipped to take other programs . and get an 0bd2-1 harness, i got oen on another site for $170 shipped, and its a hell of alot nicer then the skunk ones they want like $275 for.

Thanks itr, one more question-
You say, you got a p28? What exactly is a p28? And you had it chipped? I dont understand- im a newbie to ECU's. I was going to get the adapter that they sell at hondata. Thos skunk2's are expensivve! I checked them out before.
Thanks again,
Ken
(by the way nice R!)

Chipped just means that he had a chip in the ecu burned with a specific program to run his car with specific settings he desired.
The adapter harness that Skunk2 sells... you can get one of those from www.thepartstrader.com used for about $150 or so. Just start searching the ads in the Honda/Acura engine and drivetrain section or the Misc. section. Just make sure its for your specific ecu... OBD-IIa or OBD-IIb. You can find that info from the hondata site mentioned above.

I think you can program your hondata to work with a manual or auto tranny. Contact your nearest Hondata dealer to make certain.
