I had a limited knowledge of mechanics when i put my kit on. I think all I had done before was an intake, exhaust and some suspension stuff. It's not that difficult and will save you a buttload of money. Not to mention if something breaks you have an idea of how to fix it. If someone else puts your kit on and something breaks you won't know what to do. Always do it yourself (with guidance if you need it), nothing sucks worse than being stuck on the side of the road and not knowing what to do.

What he means is you can def. install the turbo yourself with some hard work, but i don't think a "kit" is necessarily the best way to do it. from what i've read/heard is that you should try to compile parts for the build indepenently and then install. With the exception of the turbo itself, used isn't so bad. but, that's just repeating what i've learned so far. :clap

If you don't know what you're doing then don't try to make a kit yourself. Trust me.

its a full kit, but that seems a little pricey for a small turbo

yeah i would have to say that you could find one with a bigger turbo for around that price but if your wanting boost quick then you could probably go with that one buy as you get to redline you probably wont have much boost. just ask george(dsrspwr) he probably drops a pound or so by redline if he decides to run a bit more boost.
