just takes alot of patience and keeping an eye on things. there is no such thing as too anal with turbo. esp when it is a built motor. I need to check fluids and everything everytime before i start it for peace of mind and check everything out as warming up . oy vey. my brain hurts sometimes. i get soo picky. lol

i was worried about that at first too, but i found out as long as you dont go too crazy with the boost controller, especially if you dont have a good engine management set up, it's very reliable, well for me it has been.

Just Boost It!!!
Have you ever felt that you're loving the single life because you can mingle with any girl you meet...even the ones that are dating people...but at the same time...you want a damn girlfriend. That's what i feel
Is the sky blue?
What kind of pointless question is that?
As with anything in this world, if done properly you shouldn't have problems.
I've been boosted (with a honda) for about 5 years, not a single problem yet.
Try specifying your question, like is a poorly tuned (cough** fmu.) honda reliable? or why wouldn't a properly tuned honda using a devie such as hondata or aem be reliable, I mean you have about as much control over the ecu as the factory does. If they can do it why cant acompetent tuner do the same or better?
Not trying to be a dick but your question is to broad and generalized.

if you dont have the income for upkeep on the car, just dont bother with boosting it...I say work on simple upgrades first, but its your car so whatever. Just make sure you know what your doing or you won;t be turboed for long.

Thats also a good point, there is more maintenence required such as oil changes (even more important now) and tune-ups changing of plugs etc....Getting it re-tuned for any changes you make, and having a stash of money just incase greed takes the best of you (quest for more power) and you need to rebuild your engine

depends on how you drive it. if you bag the shit outta your car, dont expect it too last long. but if you drive nice and easy, it will last till the seal's go on the turbo, or you get bored of the amount of boost your pushing, and decide to go bigger better and badder.
