How to Turbo an H22 Accord in KiwiLand?

Hey all
I want to Turbo one of my Accords here in NZ but need help and advice from all you tuners in America as experience here in NZ is a rare thing.

Question One: One's a '95 F22 VTEC Wagon and the other is a '94 H22a SiR Coupe. Unfortunately both are autos and swapping to manuals is a grey area over here.
Which one would be better to force feed?

Question Two: Should I use an off the shelf kit or make it up from parts? Which kit or what parts will I need?

Question Three: What mods do I need to do?

Any other advise, contacts or even experiences would be awesome as I'm flying blind over here.
