Could it be the waste gate actuator / spring is actually broken? Hence you are running a open wastegate without knowing it. I would think if its a boost leak you'll hear it... cause it will be very loud.
uhhh,
are you sure you understand how a wastegate works? you wont hear the wastegate if it is shut, espcially on an internal one such as your small 13g. the wastesgate only opens when you;ve reached the preset limit on the wastegate, or if you've overpassed this with a boost controller. when the wastegate is closed you are building boost, so therefore you shouldnt have any problems. make sure you understand how a turbo system works before you assume you have a problem......
i can go on if you have any more questions.

If you are asking me that question, the answer is yes, I know exactly how a waste gate works. If you read my my problem care fully you would see I never said anything about the wastegate making a sound. As I stated before that I have disconnected the wastegate's vacume house and still no boost. I have actualy taken off the wastegate and use other meatohds to close the wastegate flapper shut, and still no boost.
Make sure you read the problem carefully and compherend what it says before you open you mouth or let your fingers lose on the keyboard. Make sure what you say makes sense not just sounds smart. Thanks.

Could it be the spooling noise is not actually spooling.... but bits of your exhaust wheel scraping against the exhaust housing? Cause it sounds like your turbo has failed in this case.... E.g going by all the info you have provided.

i feel your frustration, i actually live it
Its not that I am frustrated it jsut little 13 year old kids think they know every thing, just by watching F&F, and give you attitude, and that is not welcome here. Every one said stuff but they are actually trying to help not saying, crap like do you know wha tyou are saying.

I can hear it do that when its at really high rpm, but you could be right. Any one know how to put the manifold of flush? raifordmotors was saying something about that.
