I think I wasted all my money, HELP!?!?!?!?!

I have been talking to some very well known tuners and most tuner don't know much about the f22b2 engines. I have a 1997 Accord LX w/ this motor. This motor is SOHC non vtec. All the tuners said that my power goal will be bery hard to achieve. For some reason deep inside me I still think that it can. Don't ask me why but I really think it can. I see d-series engines get 350HP at like 16-18psi and why can't I get more at the same psi because my engine is bigger correct? The only thing I can see restricting me is my head. I think I can run at least 25psi without lifting my head. Here is my setup and please let me know on what it can do. The motor is built and the turbo is about to be put on. My HP goal is to break 400HP, but now i'm not sure if that can be achieved (all the money I put in to this build seems like a total waste)

SETUP:
Wiseco 85mm Forged Pistons
Crower Billet Rods
CP Piston Rings
ACL bearings
ARP Head Studs
XTD Stage 3 Clutch
XTD 11lb Chromoly Flywheel
Rebuilt Stock Head
(A/C removed, P/S removed, All EGR and Emissions stuff removed)

Holset HY35 Turbo
SPF Manifold
3" Downpipe
3" Straight Piping Side exhaust
2.5" Intercooler Piping
31x11x3 Intercooler
Tial 50mm BOV
Tial 38mm Wastegate
3Bar Map Sensor
550cc RC Injectors (I might need 750cc for the power range)
AEM Fuel Rail
Aeromotive Fuel Pressure Regulator
Stainless Fuel Lines
Greddy Catch Can
P06 Chipped for Uberdata ( might be switching to Crome Pro)
Boost, Oil Pressure, and EGT Gauges

PLEASE LET ME KNOW on what you guys think about this setup, if you suggest anything please let me know. I want to hear your comments about this setup.

overall looks good, however you'll need more than 550's for 400hp. 660's will do it. you didnt mention what kind of a headgasket you're going with.

since your already in it for the long run id would just have the head sent off to RLZ or Headgames. ive seen 340whp on a fully built f22b2 (sleeved block and built head by BCE) at 14psi on a t3/to4e. So with about 20-25psi I think 400whp is attainable w/ a fully built head and block.

Your setup looks pretty good so far... I think to reach your power goal you are going to need some head work done. And i also think you are going to be stretching the limits on the stock sleeves. But ya never know...full-race made almost 500whp on stock d16 sleeves so maybe you will get lucky.

U already know my take on the situation. The weak part on that motor is the bad flowing head. Get a good head job and u can definitely attain your goal. My motor is basically the same as urs except for the head. I made 300whp on 12.8 psi. I know ill be over 400 when i tune for 25 psi on race gas. I know u can do the same too....even if u leave the head stock. It will be a lot easier if u make the head breathe freely but its still possible with the stock head and good tuning.
