I think SSAUTOCHROME is f#?*ed up
I just recived my turbo kit tha I got from SSAUTOCHROME , that I spent $1,000 on. first off the downpipe adaptor hits the turbo housing , therefore making about a 1/2" gap. So i grinded on the housing until it would sit flush.
Oh, yeah i never got any instructions , no invoice , and no parts list . I sent 4 emails to them and they never replaied. And theres no phone # to call.

oh man... dude, i hate to do this to you, but ive gotta try and let you down easy on this one...
SSautochrome is known to be the worst, and i mean the very worst turbo parts manufacturer ever. i have not once, to this day, seen a story any different to yours when it comes to kits from SSAC.
now i dont claim to be an expert on this, but it seems you have a situation since obviously, you have moded the parts and voided the warranty/returnability of the items.
heres what you should do... post a list or better yet, pictures of what you got in the kit, and hopefully the peopel who are better at this than i am, will be able to help you get this problem solved. my first advice, is to get a new turbo manifold. you can get cheap ones for civics because theyre so common. id get one from either Fmax or maybe even blox, i know their mani's are good unlike drag who put their wastgate flange over one eshaust pipe not all 4.
anyways, this is what you can do to assure you dont blow up your engine installing the parts (if you havent already)
get a new manifold, SSAC manis are known to crack within days of install.
get a whole new turbo, even a rebuilt or junkyard one will be better
keep the charge pipes, they probably arent terrible
get some good engine management.
as soon as you post pictures of the parts or a list, we can help you more, but please please please, consider not running your car with the kit on it just yet, it will blow your engine

I have known one guy(SHO member) that is using a ssauto manifold and has for like 2 years making 200+whp on a d16. Other than that all horror stories.
