idle problem ?

ok i have an integra gsr . the problem is that when the car first starts up and the check engine light is not on the car idles low 500 or so and will cut off. but once i boost the car in second gear or ride to 3rd and throw the light the car is fine. has anyone else had this problem? im running 7psi once the light comes on the car is fine.
