ihi turbo
i got a ihi turbo bolted up to my car and it sound like it to spooled up at idle. iam not sure if its supose to do that my car idle at 1700 cold start its auto. and its been garaged for bout a hole year

well if it's really small then yes it is going to spool fast when idling but still not enough to make any boost I guess.....

1700 idle rev seems really high.
