I ran 860's
My duty cycle was pretty low at 450ish whp on like 38psi base pressure. I think like %65 or so
550's can do 400ish , but at a higher duty cycle.
Id say like 650-750cc would be in that range.
No such thing as overkill though if you have Hondata or something similar. Becuase you can scale them down. Just gets trickier to idle bigger injectors.
Jeff can get 1000+ CC's to idle like stock though.

prolly like 400 on the dot. 375-400 range. <My duty cycle wasnt all that high. I think like 80%, but the fuel pressure was still pretty low.

Im shooting for 400whp on the new setup. I have no one to really compare my new setup/engine to so i dont really know what to expect. It should be out the shop next week. I ordered the RC 750cc since i have hondata. Some people were saying that i might have a rougher idle with those tho but i guess ill see.
Hey Flipp........since the H23 and the F22B DOHC are pretty similar can u please list me ur setup/tuning ems/psi and turbo size??
Thanx guys.

Injector size
I'm running MSD 720cc with 38lbs. of fuel pressure at idle.I had to raise my idle to 1,300rpm so that the car would not stall.Any lower than that and my car will not be able to hold a steady idle after you rev it.I'm now running the itr Type-R cams in place of the JG cams and the idle is the same.I changed the idle control motor and had the shop try to lower it on the AEM EMS but it didn't work the car runs best with the idle at 1,300.
720cc's gave me 412whp.

You have to adjust something to change that. Its in the tune.
Fuck I forget what the setting is too. Damnit. I havent looked at Hondata in a while. Im sure AEM is similar in that fashion

Idle can be tuned. The guy who did mine got his 1000s to idle under 1000rpms.
Mine idles at 1200 with 650s but that was my choice, as I dont care what the car idles at.
Im lookin to get 400whp out of my 650s.

Yea its not a big deal. Mine is set that way because when I would rev the motor past 4k and let off it would almost stall out. The rpms would bounce almost of 0 then back up to idle.

why it does that???? is it because the turbo is restricing air when its not spooling???

I think it's because of the size of the injectors and the ECU trying to control them at idle since there is not that much air entering the engine.
